MANUFACTURING

Maintenance Engineers provide maintenance and reliability engineering expertise for improvements to a variety of production equipment. Training is provided for Maintenance Engineers through our Technical Training Program.

Maintenance Engineer Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering, or electrical engineering technology.

  • Provides technical support in maintenance, root cause analysis, modifications and installation of equipment and machinery and participates in shutdown planning and project work
  • Designs, specifies, purchases, and installs mechanical system modifications

Reliability Engineer Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or reliability engineering.

  • Maximizes the up-time of production equipment through problem definition, root cause analysis, preventative/predictive maintenance management, and spare parts optimization
  • Manages reliability improvement projects
