Industrial Engineer
Hello, my name is Tuan and I am 31 years old. Originally from Vietnam, my parents and I immigrated to the US in 1975. I was raised in Anderson, South Carolina; eventually graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
I began my career with Michelin in May, 2000, at the US2 Sandy Springs facility. I worked for 3 years as a Reliability Technician before joining the Industrial Engineering department in September 2003.
As an industrial engineer, our mission is to provide initiative and support for improving business results by promoting the effective use of continuous improvement tools.
I chose Michelin because of the company's passion and genuine commitment to its values, one being their respect for people. Michelin is dedicated to training and developing its people. I have received invaluable advice and support since I've started here at Michelin.
